The objective of thermocouple installation is to measure the temperature of concrete when poured (fresh) through the set stage until the temperature differential is insignificant, usually after two weeks. The monitoring will determine:
- The maximum temperature and period it occurred.
- The temperature differential at different locations, compared with different locations
Temperature monitoring is carried out by means of Heavy Duty, K-Type Thermocouple Wires with dataloggers for real time monitoring. Thermocouples points is installed as specified by the client/consultant.
